Let’s look at how a designer or artist can search it for free, what the service charges for, and who it really works for — and who will only get value from it as a free way to keep an eye on the market.

Remotive (remotive.com) is one of the oldest remote-job sites, running since 2014; the company is French.
The site currently lists more than 125,000 fully remote jobs from vetted companies, and the database updates every hour.

Remotive takes no cut of your salary — the employer pays you directly. The service earns from job-seeker subscriptions and paid employer listings.
The exact subscription price is not published on the site (it depends on the country). According to 2026 reviews it is roughly $29 a month or about $89 a year (check the current price on the site — it changes from time to time). You can get a refund within 14 days for any reason, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Who the site is available to
You can view jobs and use the free part from anywhere.
But to pay for the subscription and to receive a salary you will need a foreign bank account (a European one, for example): the money comes directly from the company, usually through services that formally employ you on the company’s behalf, like Deel or Remote.com, and these do not operate in every country.
One more thing: most jobs are tied to a country, and even a company with a “Worldwide” tag can often only hire someone in the countries where it is set up to do so. So the tag is not a guarantee — check the job text to see who exactly they are ready to hire.
